1. Booking & Payment

Reservations may be made online via our booking page or by contacting us at info@tikitidesnaples.com. Payment terms and methods are as shown during checkout. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Within 48 hours, refunds are not guaranteed. In the event of inclement weather or other safety-related cancellations made by our captain, you may receive a full refund or rebook, at your choice. As always, the captain’s decision is final regarding safety and weather.

3. Alcohol & BYOB

Our cruises are BYOB. You and your party are fully responsible for any alcohol you bring. We do not provide or serve alcohol. Please drink responsibly—excessive drinking increases risk of injury and may lead to trip termination at the captain’s discretion without refund.

4. Minors & Age Requirements

Minors (under 18) may participate only with a parent or legal guardian present. If alcohol is being consumed on board, all passengers must be 13 years or older, and any minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Pets

One well-behaved dog is permitted per charter. Owners are responsible for the pet’s conduct and any cleaning or damages.

6. Safety & Captain’s Authority

We provide required USCG safety equipment and operate under a USCG-licensed captain. You agree to follow all safety instructions. The captain may modify or terminate a trip due to weather, tides, passenger behavior, or other safety concerns. Maximum passenger limits are strictly enforced.

7. Damage & Conduct

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel or equipment due to negligence or misconduct. Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in termination of the charter without refund.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to slips/falls, sun exposure, dehydration, mechanical failure, and marine/water-related hazards. By booking or boarding, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold Tiki Tides Naples, its owners, operators, employees, and agents harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Digital Waiver (Required)

All adult participants must complete our digital waiver prior to boarding. Parents/guardians may list minors under their care on their waiver. Failure to complete the waiver prior to arrival may delay boarding.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use data.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
