Tiki Tides Naples is a family‑run tiki‑style pontoon experience offering private boat tours and sunset cruises throughout Naples and Bonita Springs. Frequently Asked Questions
What should we bring and what’s provided?
We provide cooler with ice, bottled water, Bluetooth music, and USCG‑required safety gear. Bring sun protection, bug spray, snacks/drinks, beachwear, and a light layer.
What happens with weather and rescheduling?
We monitor conditions closely. If the Captain cancels for safety, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule.
Where do we meet and park?
Cruises typically depart from Cocohatchee River Marina. Parking is limited so we suggest carpooling.The park next to the marina has some parking spots available too.
Kids policy & life jackets
Kids are welcome! Please let us know ages/sizes in advance. We comply with all USCG life jacket rules.
Do prices include tax?
Prices shown are before Florida sales tax (7%). The 7% tax is added to your total at checkout/confirmation.
Should we tip and how much is customary?
Although not required, we highly encourage tipping our Captain/Crew. They work very hard to provide the safest service possible while keeping it light and fun. Most tips range from 10-30%.
Can we bring alcohol? What about kids when alcohol is present?
BYO is allowed for guests 21+. Children are welcome on family‑friendly cruises. For charters where alcohol is a primary focus, we strongly recommend guests be 13 or older for comfort and safety. The Captain may end a cruise if alcohol creates unsafe conditions.
