About Tiki Tides Naples
Tiki Tides Naples is a family-run tropical pontoon cruise offering private scenic tours and sunset cruises throughout Naples and Bonita Springs. Our USCG-licensed captains keep it safe, relaxed, and easy — sharing local knowledge, wildlife insights, and the best hidden backwater spots. Every cruise is 100% private — you are booking the entire boat for your group of up to 6 people (never combined with other parties). Frequently Asked Questions
Are cruises private or shared with other groups?
All Tiki Tides Naples trips are completely private cruises. You are booking the entire boat for your group only, and we never add other passengers or combine groups on the same cruise.
What is the maximum number people that can be in our group?
United States Coast Guard regulations allow us to carry up to 6 passengers. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
What should we bring and what’s provided?
We provide a cooler with ice, bottled water, Bluetooth music, and USCG-required safety gear. Bring sun protection, bug spray, snacks/refreshments, beachwear, and a light layer.
What happens with weather and rescheduling?
We monitor conditions closely. If the Captain cancels for safety, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule.
Where do we meet and park?
Embarkation & parking details will be discussed upon booking. Cruises typically depart in the Cocohatchee River Marina area in North Naples off of Vanderbilt Drive. Parking will be limited, so we suggest carpooling.
Kids policy & life jackets
Kids are welcome! Please let us know ages/sizes in advance. We comply with all USCG life jacket rules.
Do prices include tax?
The price shown is the total price. There will be no sales tax added.
Are dogs allowed?
We agree that dogs are part of the family, so well behaved dogs are welcome! Just know that there may not be anywhere for your pup to use the bathroom for the length of the cruise.
Should we tip and how much is customary?
Although not required, we highly encourage tipping our Crew. Our Captains work hard to provide the safest experience possible while keeping it relaxed, fun, and memorable. Most tips range from 15–30%.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cruises cancelled 48 hours or more before departure will receive a refund for the $100 deposit.
Can we bring alcohol? What about kids when alcohol is present?
BYO is allowed for guests 21+. Children are welcome on family‑friendly cruises. For charters where alcohol is a primary focus, we strongly recommend guests be 13 or older for comfort and safety. The Captain may end a cruise if alcohol creates unsafe conditions.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes, there is an emergency-use bathroom on the boat. However, for comfort and ease, we highly recommend using the facilities located near the pickup point before boarding.
